Regarding the delivery issues for delayed delivery...

We are sorry for delayed delivery. For most of the U.S. backers in the first batch of shipping, we used Taiwan Post to deliver their packages and most of the packages have already arrived in the United States. However, due to the impact of COVID-19, the U.S. Postal Service appears to be experiencing an unprecedented increase in packages and limited staff availability, which may affect delivery times.
